Masam Equities is a privately held investment fund with a focus on distressed real estate assets, including acquisition by Judicial and Non-judicial foreclosures, REO's, Short Sales and Non-Performing residential loans. The company acquires, remodels and sells/refinances $100,000,000 in properties per year Nationwide ranging from single family to multi family properties. Masam Equities has core operations including acquisitions, rehab, marketing and sales. Additionally, it executes the business through strategic joint venture partnerships with fix & flip and buy & hold operators in various markets throughout the United States.
